Yesterday, went to the South Carolina State Fire Prevention Parade. Met up with Fire Pix'r Drew James. The Weather was less than ideal. In and out of the rain all day. At least it quit long enough to shoot in the staging area and during the parade. Unfortunately, it kept sprinkling when we were trying to go to different stations. oh well.
First is IRMO, SC. they have just replaced their fleet, 2 engines, 1 smaller '75 ladder, and this 100' tower. all Ferrara. Unfortunately due to the rain didn't get the engines or ladder at the stations, but here is the platform.
this gem from a Pvt collector. not sure the year.( I was talking to the wife, husband was off elsewhere.) either 1952 or 1956 Seagrave. from Liltiz, PA
