I was going through some older disk of mine and came across these two delivery photos from Morrell PA thought I'd share. This first truck was the first engine I ever drove and pumped. It also was at the great fire truck auction in Denbo.

Here is the second truck the old Stuebaker from Morrell. I rode the back step quite a few times on both these rigs.

Also of interest we had to mutual aid Isabella about 2 weeks back when that old Ford couldn't make it up the hill from their fire station. Not sure what happened to it exactly short of it "breaking down", as when I got there I spent my time being the spotter while we tried to back out new engine down out of the village back onto the main street since by that time they decided to let it go since it was already on the ground by the time we got there.

I passed this truck sitting on the side of the road quite far away from its original home in a shopping center on Route 202 outside Wilmington, DE near Talleyville last week. It looked like it was in decent shape, had a for sale sign in the windows. I was wondering if a photo of it would appear in this thread, question answered!!

Quite a strange place for this rig to end up. Question for all the apparatus historians out there: Is this one of the "original" attack/mini type units (small pump, a little water, commercial chassis)? I always thought that the Dodge/Pierces were the first ones, and they came of age in the mid 70's time frame.

Anyway, here are some more by Dr. S!

Replaced by an American LaFrance Century, then replaced by a 4-Door Chevy/New Lexington(?). The Century became Engine 4.
