I agree with Mr. Martinelli, My neighboring department ordered a 110ft ALF Stick over three years ago. They canceled the order this last summer/fall and ordered a Pierce. Funny the Pierce will be delivered in the next month. The local ALF dealer dropped ALF a over a year ago and recently went out of business. ALF never would send photos of the rig delayed the delivery date three times and finely at the very end sent a photo of a cab with the name of department written in grease pencil on it. To bad, ALF's cab looks nice, and it would have been only the fourth ALF in the Kansas City metro.

Stay Safe,

Rick

Franklin, NH just took delivery of an ALF Pumper that was ordered a couple years ago. Sounds to me like things are not good for ALF. Too bad because the cabs definately have a distinct beauty to them!

ALF (Ha Ha) <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Hysterical' /> Freightliner should have stuck to building chassis and let the builders make the trucks,

like to companies they purchased, and are now building Freightliner/ALF rigs

A few spare rear-mounts made the job - Ladder 24 is using SL9414, and Ladder 3 is using SL9602.

Squad 1 came from Brooklyn, since Squad 18 was first due on the box and acted as an Engine (the job was across the street from their quarters).
