Rescue 1 Collapse is at Ladder 25 / Division 3. There is no room in Rescue 1's qtrs for anything other then the Rescue.

Rescue 3's new house is.........I don't even know what to say, WOW I will keep my 110 year old firehouse thank you !!!!

No, Rescue 1's Collapse rig is kept at the quarters of 25 Truck and the 3rd Division on West 77th St.

OK since everyone one else has the same opinion, I have to agree that this place is hideous and lacking any old school firehouse charm that it could have had....

look at all the new firehouses built they all like like office buildings 277/112 does not look like a firehouse and the other new house in the boro of fire does not look like either

It's on Washington Ave. between East 173rd and East 174th Streets. About 2 1/2 blocks south of their current quarters.

In the late 60's/early 70's at different times it was also home to Engine 46-2, Ladder 27-2, Battalion 56, Squad 1, Ladder 58, Bronx Fire Alarm, Bronx Base for the Fire Marshal's and in 1992 became the home of Rescue 3, Collapse Rescue and the Bronx Rac Unit.

question about R3 old quarters passed by it last saturday and there was about a dozen or so building unit vans and pickups outside taking up the whole block, now where they doing repairs in the quarters or are they converting it into a building facility?
