MS Paint Anyone! Fire Apparatus Part III
|
Ok, with over 1600 posts in this section i cant believe no one ever drew up the HME Salibury rescues from FDNY, so here is mine
Well, not entirely true . . . this was posted a LONG time ago, but here it is again:
These are two interesting rescue vehicles from Parsippany NJ. The first is this 1978 Ford C with a Bruco rescue body.
And the second is a 1987 GMC 4x4 with a Swab rescue body. Obviousy both units are equipped with A frames. The motto on the front of the 1987 unit is "aint no mountain high enough" Credits to Engine5161,Ladder13, and myself.
Ahh it's good to be back on the drawing line everyone! I've been doing some while I was away from the site but here comes my stuff!
First off, for my current department, which is looking to spec out a Ladder for the department. Credit goes to KDWMAEMT & RI EMT for the original artwork. Myself for modifications and customization of the truck.

Good to see you posting again [/quote] Been bouncing all around Jersey as usual, was really busy with the paid job running between NJ,DE and PA but I'm in a new line of work so I'm able to actually get back to drawing actively. I was looking through some photos of mine, and decided to draw up this truck. I was born and live in West Orange, New Jersey.....while only until 4, and its the place where my love for the Fire Service was born. My good friend was the Fire Chief/Director there for 21 years. I, in a way, grew up in that department as I kept in close touch with him over the years when we would return as a family to visit friends. I rode in several of the apparatus including the current Truck 1, a 1990 E\-One 110' rearmount as well as the truck it replaced...a 70's era Hahn Snorkel (what a truck).
Anyhow, being that the current Truck 1 is getting up there in years, a replacement unit is probably coming within a few years. Based on their current flavor of apparatus, I drew up this 2010 Pierce 100' rearmount tower. Who knows if theyd even get a tower, but ya never know. Credit to RIEMT, Fyreline and Myself.

After just returning from our pre-construction meeting at the Pierce factory, I decided to draw up an updated version of our recently ordered Pierce engine. A number of changes were decided upon at the meeting so I tried to reflect as many as I could in this drawing. Unfortunately, still no accurate drawings from the factory to finish off the pump panel. Credits go to KDWMAEMT, RIEMT, Ladder13, Paramedic_IL, AVFC1699, Res133cue.
Here are a few i've been working on recently. First up is a San Bernardino County, CA ALF pumper. Its a guess as to what it actually looks like, I couldn't find a good pic of it.

Next is one of Orange County, CA fires new smeal pumpers, nearly identical to the Riverside County, CA smeal pumpers. It has no lettering, i have not mastered that trade yet.
Credeits to KDWMAEMT,RIEMT,PARAMEDICIL,JFONG,FYRELINE,LADDER13,ENGINE5161,LEADFIRERESCUE and SLCPDEXPLORER. If I have forgotten anybody please let me know |
