Commish,

it's not an E\-One. In 1990 the Bronto disributor for North-America was Anderson's Engineering from Canada. As far as I know, the body was built by Anderson.

I don't know if this is the same one or not but this info: QC-161 Elizabeth, NJ (USA) Pemfab -/-/90' Bronto (27-3) 17/01/1990 was from http://www.firetruckarchive.ca/ under the Anderson link, as the only Pemfab built by Anderson with a Bronto..

Does anybody have further information on Consolidated Diesel Electric? I have seen a few on the board and they all seem to have a USAF past. There is very little information regarding this manufacturer on the internet.

Tanker 6 retired in 2006 to Montana where it continues it's useful career. I was there the day Ron and Neil stopped by to shoot that rig. I remember they let me look through some of their photo albums while they shot the rig... I think I asked them how much they wanted for the whole collection...
