Nutley and Belleville combine there St. Patty's Parade, so it is highly likely that both towns will have apparatus there. Nutley will definitely have a majority, if not all, of their apparatus there, including the Rescue Squad.
Also anesti, Essex County Police usually brings some of their Emergency Management equipment depending on what they have going on. I havent heard of any other departments coming in yet, but in past years some have made surprise appearances, like Newark FD, Wallington FD, etc.
