I've been working at this plant for the last 3 years and have never seen it.
While they do maintain a fire brigade I don't think they have any apparatus.

This next batch of pics refer to Posts # 3988, 3989, 3990 and 4000. Sorry it took so long for me to dig them up and scan them. Back in the early days of radio in the fire service, there existed a regional dispatch center in the Armstrong/Westmoreland County areas of Pennsylvania. Each participating FD was assigned a color for identification purposes. Since many of these FD's worked side by side under mutual aid agreements, the colors were often used to keep track of what belonged to who. The dispatch center became known as "Rainbow Control". Several of the participating FD's went so far as to paint their apparatus in their assigned colors. Here are several examples:
