If anyone could provide me with inventory delivered with both Type I and Type III OES engines that would be fantastic I'm doing research for purchasing of additional engines for my department.
Thanks in Advance

Thanks in Advance
The Type 3 Engines are assigned to/operated by the LA County Fire Dept but are owned by the State of California Emergency Management Agency. There are 5 engines assigned to LAC and were slated for assignments to Stations 11, 44, 85, 125 & 132. Final assignments are still being determined. HME has a nice flyer for the OES Engines: http://hmewildland.com/downloads.asp click on HME CalFire OES Flyer there are some basic specs and drawings in there.

Engine 282 is combined with Truck 82 to form Light Force 82. The Truck run's with 4-5 and 282 runs with two. When Engine 82 is away on Strike Team Engine 282 will split from the truck and run solo with a full crew. ![]() Engine 132. Photo by Monrovia1.
