There were only four of these built (five, if you count a complete rebuild for one of them!).
Larry and Steve,

thanks for the info about the Silver Eagles. I didn't know, that only four were built. The remaining three others must be:

Valley Hill/NC, 1998 ALF Eagle / R.D.Murray / 1750 gpm/500 water/ 75' Silver Eagle ( the first )

Colfax/NC, 1999 ALF Eagle / R.D.Murray / 1750 gpm/400 water/ 75' Silver Eagle

Fernie, British Columbia/Canada, 2000 ALF Eagle/ALF / 1500 gpm/500 water/ 20 foam/ 75' Silver Eagle

Another negative, or so I was told by the members, was the twin water ways versus a standard single one. GPM rating for ladder pipe ops in this configuration was less than it could be had they had a single water way. Just a thought.

I'm not sure? But I'm planning on trip back to Bellmead. I'll ask and see what I can find out.

All the difference is "SO" engines & quints carry more rescue & haz-mat equipment.

To make along story short. When Hudson Bend got the rig they sent it to Precision for refurbishment.
