San Jose, CA they refurbed one for the Sharks Hockey team about ten years ago. They put a big shark fin on it and painted it blue.

This Mack CF ladder is, IIRC, a 1980 model, might be '81 or '82, though.
Tacoma WA ordered this unit for service as Truck 3 in Tacoma's north end and old town, where the latter's streets are narrower and corners tighter. At that time, Truck 1 and 2 were 100' American LaFrance TDA's, while Truck 4 was an 80' Aero Chief Snorkel, making this short ladder truck unique amongst the fleet.
For a time, Tacoma Station 13 was thus the only all-Mack house, as Truck 3's housemate was Engine 13's 1969 Mack pumper, the last manual transmission rig Tacoma ever had. Beautiful pumper, wish I knew where it went.
This weekend, I found out that Tacoma still had the old CF Truck 3, sadly rotting in the weather behind the decommissioned Station 12. Today's Ladder 3 is now quartered at Station 9.
