Some friends of mine bought this CF last year and have started to do some work on it. They fixed the hosebed dividers and cut the muffler off and straight piped it.

Very good!
x-Hooversville, Somerset Co.,PA. I have it as a 1972 1000/750? Its running mate at Hooversville, a refurbed 1981 CF, is still in service there.
I had the joys of showing them how to double clutch that old girl. Looks alot better with the hose loaded and smaller light on roof. It must sound pretty darn good with the straight pipe and that dynatard (jakebrake). Im glad to see its getting fixed up. I also know they wont ever use the kill switch on the dash again lol. At least not unless its put back to on position afterwards. Hope to see it at a parade soon. Soo Tim, Whens the mack gathering for pictures ?? I can bring one or two.
Dr. Stinebaugh you are correct 1972 1000/750
KLB That would be cool. There are a lot of Privately owned Macks in the area.
I'd love to try to organize a get together of area Macks. There are enough locally now that we could have one heck of a photo shoot!!!

Yep sold her to make room for the 1989 XFDNY 95ft scope. Also sold the XFDNY X Greenwalds pa mack to finance this 89 mack project. I currently own just 2 mack scopes. No engines. But a CF pumper tanker is in the works in the near future. Old Lanco T212. But I deff think in aug or sept all the macks need a photo shoot. Keep me posted tim.
