Looking at the shop number on the side, did LW1 serve as SW2 also?

Thanks in advance.

There were two Dodge Light Wagons (property #'s 741445 & 741446). In this photo, Light Wagon 2, which never received the Scotchlite striping, is awaiting disposal at the shops.

PP #741445 was originally assigned to L.W. 2. When the 1972 Ford/WLF light wagon, PP #72102, at L.W. 1 was disposed of this piece was reassigned to them.

Engine 43's "new" apparatus - a 1995 KME 1500/500 formerly assigned to Engines 55 and 52. This rig is replacing the Squrt that was totalled when it collided with Ladder 9 while responding to a box alarm.

I always wanted to take a ride past the Philadelphia shops.

Does anyone have any pictures of what it looks like?

I have seen it described on a few recent IAP's as "the warehouse".

In this old photo of an odd 1985 Ford Bronco Fire Marshal wagon, you can see the shops in the background, basically a huge industrial building which is not really visible from the street.

I have been an old Philly buff since the 1980's when I bought a godzillion apparatus photos from a guy named James Bampfield, maybe you remember him?

Would love to see some old Philly Rescue Squads from the 80's, the old vans and early modulars. I remember the old "Rescue 11-M", then a Dodge vanbolance

Here's a 1979 Dodge rescue that was assigned to Rescue 3 in the early 80s.

This is the Philly rotoray, not Taylor. I would like to see how that HI Ranger in the background was holding up in 1981. Also Hi Roy, do you think I spent many nightworks in those boxes? We used to call them penalty boxes...
