I think 220" with a OL of 36'3".. looking at a bad copy of a "shrunk" plan... numbers are kind of blured

Beat me to it. Ladder 24 put their new piece into service yesterday. I stopped in as I parked there to go to Disney on Ice at the Garden with the family. Really nice rig, some changes from Ladders 1 & 2 (only new ones I've worked on so far) on the interior. Ladder 6 was placed into service a couple weeks ago & their old piece is now down at Greenwood being refurbished. Ladder 24 will be joining it shortly before it is eventually reassigned to Ladder 25.

I take it that boston fd dosent like led lighting. It looks like they are using strobe lights on the new ladders.

1 50' 3 section
1 40' 3 section
2 35' 2 section
1 28' 2 section
1 20' roof
1 16' roof (on aerial)
1 14' roof
1 10' attic
1 "little giant"
In my math that adds up to 248'...plus the little giant....the 625 might be a typo..
Just looked at the greenwood archive for L 16,28,&1... it says 265' on there info... the info for L 6 and 24 says 625'.. must be a typo

That sounds a bit more like what it would be.....I have seen some TDA's with pretty hefty ground ladder compliments, and this is a great compliment for a rear mount. Sounds like the designers did well.

If you look at the lights on the bumper and on the front of Ladder 26, they are clearly LED lights not strobes.
