Here in Fayette County, Pennsylvania EMS services are provided by private companies, several "community sponsored" ambulance services (free to local citizens, paid to anyone else), and then there is a county-wide tax-supported EMS services for the more rural areas.

This is the other type of vehicle run by Fayette County EMS. Seems that most stations are staffed with one 2006-2002 Ford E-450 4x4 and one 2006-2003 Freightliner Sprinter.

Right after I posted the Fayette Co EMS trucks, I spotted this community sponsored unit at the local gas station...
