This past Saturday I had the unique opportunity to drive Alexandria's new Pierce Arrow XT 100'TDA from Baltimore to Manassas,Va with about 2 minutes of tillering inside the convention center and then it was locked in position for the rest of the trip.To say the least it was like a kid in a candy store and I wish I would have had a chance to drive the back but hey I'm not dead yet!!! Job#21493.

Terry, that's great! I used to enjoy making deliveries for SAFE, but never had the chance to do a TDA. Nice pics, too.

Thanks Taylor! Unfortunately by the time I got to Manassas there was a storm moving in so they are not as good as the guys from Philly got while I was putting fuel in her up in Baltimore.

I thought I had more but all I have are these shots of the storage area for ground ladders and then the reflective stripes on the back of Terry's ride to Manassas.

The Pennville station also had this Pierce Arrow tanker 1250/2500(I think) and it was sold to a fire company out west in Oregon or Washington from what I was told.
