Those pics were awesome! Thanks for posting. That was a 1976 Maxim> it was sent to the junk yard, and the cab is now the bar in someones basement, but lettered for a boston ladder.

Combination 1 and the first Engine 1 Georgetown. Combo 1 is the first motorized piece of apparatus in GTown. Combo 1 is a 1918 Ford with chemical tanks. This is the first of Georgetown's Engine 1's. It is a 1924 Maxim. Enjoy. rr...

Many chemical extinguishers, no pump/tank etc. The "dreaded station shot" also has the nose of the '24 Maxim and the 1875 Amoskeag Steamer in it. rr...

Georgetown Engine 2, 1937 Ford/Wood Brothers. Built locally in Topsfield by Wood.
This was rehabbed in the early 60's by Maxim, compartments added among other things. This truck is still owned by the Central Fire Company in GTown and is a regular in parades year round. This shot was taken at Wood Bros in Topsfield before the truck as even complete. rr...
