Look's like one of Bridgeport, Ct's old Mack CF Engine's. Possibly an add-on?

More negatives from a parade in Burlington City a long time ago. Tried to dress them up a little. Thanks guys for the input on the last ones. Some of these really need some info.
Delran X-Eng 2022 is a Seagrave.
The now-defunct Rancocas FC of Westhampton Twp, Burlington Co ran this Ford C/Young.
And Westhampton FC #2, which is still around took some old "beauties" and slimed them up!!! Why would you do that to some beautiful old rigs?
Eng 2721 was a Mack B.
Their Eng 2724 was a Ward LaFrance.
When Mount Holly had four fire houses, America Hose Co had this Duplex/Great Eastern which ran as Eng 5042.
And Mount Holly's Relief FC ran this Ford C/Hahn.
