Loudoun County,Va.
Mike couple of things.

1. Do you have an address for Sta 622?

2. 23's New Velocity will it be Yellow or the county scheme?

3. Did they letter the MAB as MAB 623?

4. I show an A623-3 has it been renummbered?

5. With 23 getting A610, is thier plans to get a new amb for 10?

Paul,

No changes that I am aware of in the designation of Philomont's two tankers.

Tim,

Still some changes being made, however I will provide feedback as I know right now. I know we have other folks from Loudoun County much closer to the apparatus changes on firepics - please fill in any blanks.

Fire Station 22 address is 19485 Sandridge Way, Leesburg, VA 20176

The new Velocity is in the county colors of red/white/stripes. FS 23 is now 100% county.

No relettering on the MAB

Not positive on the on the numbering changes of ambo's. You are correct that there has been A623-3. Just recently, Ashburn had two Ford F's (now at FS 22) and 623-3 was the county monster medic Freightliner. Not sure what unit number changes have been made with the county ambos at FS23.

The county has recently received three new Ford F450/Horton's. Not sure if one of these is going to Station 10.

4. A623-3 was renumbered. The two twin monster medics are numbered 623-1 and 623-2.

5. From what I have heard A610 will be getting one of the new ambulances.

Hope that helps.

Not to be a pain but, you know which Monster Medic was the one 623 had?

Tim,

Ambulance 623-3 was the 2005 Freightliner M2/2006 Medic Master. Prior to A 623-3, it was Ambulance 7 in Aldie. Not sure if this is now 623-1 or 623-2.

Ok. The really important question with Co.22 open, where is the lovely Hahn being stored?

Judging by the CAD when the FL80/SEMO was in Leesburg, K608 was listed as o.o.s. Being a former member of Philomont (call me biased), I'd keep K608 for their own rig and call the LoCo as the reserve. A really BIG reserve unit. Great shots Mike!

The smaller tanker that is ownef by Philomont is K608. The larger county owned tanker is RK608.

Right now, still at FS 23 (at least as of last Thursday). I suspect it will be kept at FS 6.

Tim,

Confirmed yesterday while in Ashburn....

623-1 - 2005 Freightliner M2/2006 Medic Master. This is the old 623-3.

623-2 - 2005 Freightliner M2/2006 Medic Master. This is old Ambulance 10.
