OK for the 4th post. Couldn't shoot all 4 of these in front of their temp station. So this is in a parking lot and the casino next door. Again, sorry for the quality. Thought I would try and post a few things first and learn to work out the bugs.

This is Fort McDowell, Az tribal Fire Dept. Actually they are just called Fort McDowell FD.

Ok I will try one more. Not the exact type of group shot like the rest, but nevertheless it is a group shot and maybe it should go somewhere else. I will again apologize for the quality. Here is a little background about the photo.

Although Rural Metro FD does not operate in Scottsdale, Az anymore nor are its corp headquarters here, this was a photo taken in 1998 to duplicate a similar shot taken in about 1948 and I think it was for their 50yr anniversary.

Myself and the Rural Metro photographer staged this photo at a local Scottsdale high school and we are standing on the 4 sty mobile training tower. It was very late in the afternoon and I can tell you it was pretty difficult to stage all these in service rigs in 1 place for no more than a 15min photo shoot while flowing water!! What you can't see behind us is a friend of mine in his news helicopter reporting this historic event.

When my family and I were going down there in the late 70's and early 80's it was called at that time the School of the Ozarks.

Taken after a small earthquake. After any earthquake of significance, they pull all the rigs outside onto the ramp, which makes shots like this easy. There is also Foam 44 housed at this station, but is parked around back.
