Thanks, Marc. I'll be up in Maple Shade within the next few weeks and I'll take a ride down Camden Ave/Main St in Moorestown and check it out.

Joe and Marc, Moorestown still has it. It's parked in one of the rear bays at 311 on Main Street.

This truck appears to be years ahead of its time. Sometimes something just grabs me, and this one does. I would love to see any other shots of it, or learn more about its history. Besides white being my favorite color for apparatus, this would make a gorgeous model. Thanks for sharing it. Rich

If by "years ahead of its time" is a reference to the large reels, I don't believe they were original, probably added in the 1970's or the 1980's.

I heard that the buyer drove it from Jersey down to the Houston area which is where he resides.

It is still in front line shape from what I saw. We don't have too many of these Aerialscopes in Texas.

I visited this rig in its new home a few weeks ago. It is indoors, safe, warm ( and cool in summer), and receives TLC. anice photos of a fine rig, Lindsay.

It is a very nice rig. We don't see a lot of ex-FDNY vehicles in Texas.
