Here is one that is long gone. Floyd NY Engine 812, with an unknown body builder. Note the interesting location for the bell. A photo of a photo, credit to the original unknown photographer.

One from my former department, a 1976 Ford/FMC 250/1300 tanker still in service.
I am so glad to see a Post on the Ford/C chassis's. I will definetly be active in this one. First I"ll start out with my favorite Ford/C pumper, this is our 1979 Ford C/Pierce 1000gpm 500gal. from the Doyle Hose Company No. 1. I'm happy to say someone has finally bought the old girl, a local construction company out of the city of buffalo will use this truck for hydro-seeding. It's leaving the hall this upcoming Wednesday and is allready stripped. This truck I learned to drive and pump on and I really appreciated what you could do with this truck that you couldn't do with the big trucks. But as time passed trucs got bigger and bigger, pump capacity and tank capacities got bigger and bigger, no more riding on the tailboard which deemed her obsolete. It's going to be a sad day at 2199 William street just like it was 7 years ago when the 1968 Young Crusader pulled out onto the pad and headed west on William Street for the last time. The Dallas Fire Department bought a number of pumpers on the Ford C chassis in the early 80s. Here is DFD Engine 11 operating with a 1982 Ford C/FACT 1000/500 pumper, taken in 1983.
The Cleveland Fire Department bought a bunch of apparatus on commercial chassis from 1966 through 1971. Here is Cleveland Ladder 4 operating with a 1971 Ford C/Pirsch 100-foot RM aerial.
Here's Cleveland Ladder 16 operating with a 1969 Ford C/Pirsch 100-foot TDA.
Joliet,IL Truck 6 was a 1986 Ford C/Seagrave with a 100'RM ladder. Serial# S-78089

Here's Cleveland Engine 25 operating with a 1969 Ford C/Sutphen 1000/??? pumper which looks a little rough in this 1978 photo,
The Los Angeles City Fire Department bought 12 1972 Ford C/ALF 1000/400 pumpers. Four of these pumpers were later rebuilt in Squads by Royal Body. Here is a shot I took of Squad 27 operating with 1972 Ford C/ALF/Royal squad, ALF #2-1-3113 which was LA City unit #60274.-
Here is a Duane Troxel photo of the same unit (LA #60274) when it was running as Engine 106, before its conversion to a Squad.
The Memphis Fire Department had a few Hose trucks and Salvage units mounted on the Ford C chassis. Here is Memphis Hose 3 operating with this 1958 Ford C/MFD shops built hose tender, MFD #352, which I took in 1973.
St. Paul used Ford C chassis from 1965 through 1970 for their engines and a few other pieces. Here is St. Paul's first Ford C, Engine 5's 1965 Ford C/Gerneral Safety 1000/300 HP pumper, GS #65MET11, taken in the late 60s.
Paige Van Vorst took this photo of St. Paul FD Squad 1 when it operated with a 1968 Ford C/Gerstenslager unit which had a 300 gallon water tank.
Duane Troxel took this photo of St. Paul Ladder 8 using this 1966 Ford C/WLF/Mobile Aerial Towers 85-foot Snorkel in front of the St. Paul Public Safety Building.
