Attleboro Eng 1 and Ladder 1 first due to La Casa Frankie!
Sorry Ed, I get the Tiller and you get L2's rear mount <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/machinegun.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
BTW I have a great photo of these two units in front of my house on Christmas Day 2008 for a slight smoke condition for the turkey basting incident <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_redface.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
The photo of Malden Engine 5 was taken in front of the old Maplewood School on Broadway in Malden

I'm not sure either one can safely throw to my roof from the street with the aerial, so the vehicle doesn't matter, only the ground ladders.
I made it to Lawn Ave with the 2's yesterday, but since I was first due, there wasn't a fire.........
the malden piece was never in chelsea. i believe the picture was taken at a parade in boston in the early to mid 60's
There is a front view of that Malden Engine 5 on the cover of James Blomley's book "Greater Boston Fires of the 1950's and 1960's"

I love strange and classic as much as the next guy, but that unbaffled ag tank is just asking for trouble.

Interesting, although I'm having a hard time believing this truck is certified for fire rescue use......

I've seen this posted before, supposedly they use it only for chimney fires and elevated observation of the scene.

Melrose Ladder 2
Peabody Engine 5 - 2009 KME Severe Service 1500/750/50F - Covering Beverly's Central Station during the Manor rd. 2nd alarm on 5/17/10. I think this is the first time I have seen Engine 5 covering in Beverly.
