I think Virginia Beach's units were tandem axle rigs. Same cab though. They also had an odd side mount pump panel.

Speaking of Rockwell, Nc. one of the stations We stopped at after we left the show was Rockwell Rural FD. Shot their newest Engine. But I was in love with this



1984 Kenworth cab/Salsbury rescue body. Former Bethesda-Chevy Chase, MD. This rig was at the Pentegon during 9-11. A real treat to shoot.
