While perusing my archives I came across some interesting stuff...
Niles old classic Pirsch engine...we shot this at station 3 on Oak Park ave...I wonder if they still have it?? Anyone have the specs on this??
The Niles rig was the Hendrickson/Darley engine...this rig was featured in a bunch of ads in the magazines when it was new, and I think it was a real "flagship model" for Darley at the time. They had a lot of use from this rig and I always thought it to be kinda sharp.
The old Ford was the Morton Grove squad company for many years...anyone have any shots when it was new?? I shot this at a welding company that had bought it and was using it as a work truck....All the miles I chased after this thing on my bike.....
Lastly another sample page from the book...I am VERY happy with how its coming along..I hope you will be too...
