Notice the wooden ladder on the side. When this was purchased, they wanted to keep using the Original Wooden ladders from thier 1960 Maxim. This proved to be not a good idea, so they ended up with regular fiberglass ladders.

Hey, there ia a Hahn pumper with the markings of Upper Chichester Pa. Engine 39, sitting in a fenced lot in North Philly around Rising Sun and Ontario Sts. We were making a run over that way and happened to notice it. Anybody know anything about the truck? Thanks

My dad is in this picture... the guy with the sweater on his shoulder. He dates this photo in the early 70s.

Everyone has thier first firetruck ride stuck in thier mind... This truck is mine. My dad, chief at the time, would come get me once a week in this truck so he could go fuel it up. I was only 5 or 6 at the time. When this truck was sold my grandfather bought it, most likly this picture is just before he sold it. If I could get any truck an restore it... it would be this one. Sadly I dont think it will ever happen.
