That looks like an old Nashville, TN rig. I'm sure one of the many people here with far more knowledge than me can confirm or deny.

The two Arlington rigs were from Virginia and the Middletown truck was from Delaware, not sure of assignments...

It sure looks that way to me as well, right down to the striping, although the Nashville rigs had Fire Rescue in them.

 

The ladder I photographed in 2005 was a X rig already although it was a June 2008 built.  Originally Ladder 17 than

Ladder 37 it was serving at station 9 on the day I saw it.

 

I will post a pic latter to show how close they are in appearance.
