2-alarm Apartment Fire - Portland, 7-13-2015

At 4:10 p.m. Portland Dispatch transmitted a box for an apartment fire at 2305 SE 121st Ave.

1st alarm: E7, E29, E19, E30, E31*, T2, T25, T7*, C3, C4.

*E31 just cleared from a nearby run and responded. *T7 was returning from Training and responded.


Due to heavy fire and a high rescue profile, the incident commander upgraded to a 2nd-Alarm.

2nd alarm: E25, E12, E9, E28, T4, C1, C405, Rehab. 10.


A total of (4) patients were treated at the scene. (2) of these patients were transported to area hospitals and were in serious condition at time of transport. One patient was rescued by firefighters and the other jumped out of a back window from the second story to escape the fire.


The entire area showing smoke had been heavy fire 30' above the building when E7 arrived.

Thanks for that link. That must have been Ryan and Hans. They had just gotten the flames knocked down when I arrived. They are in the 3rd from the end photo.
