This one is near and dear to my heart.  E524 is a 2008 Pierce Velocity PUC, 1500/750/40A.  It's twin runs as E504.  Engines 4 and 24 are the only in the County with pump-and-roll capabilities.  Station 24 operates on the far western edge of the County, engine and medic staffed 24/7.  The engine company is responsible for single-pulling the brush truck, mass casualty support unit, boat, and gator as needed.

Station 24 is also one of three swiftwater rescue stations.  Stations 7 and 17 are the others.

Going to end this installment with several taken at a working fire back in March during a snow-storm.  The home was located 1500' down a driveway right off of busy James Madison Highway (Route 15), 4 inches of un-plowed snow made for a long and cold day.

The City of Manassas is a combination system that is a separate entity that operates within Prince William County.  Fire and EMS run out of separate stations.  The County and City have a very good working relationship with each providing automatic aide to each other.

Medic 501 is a brand new International TerraStar/Braun

Medic 501C (or Ambulance, depending on the staffing capabilities) is one of three similar Ford F's
