Im guessing an A frame Crane on the front. They would allow a lift without the suspension squatting.

It's not a minpumer. Its a TAU that does have a pump on it.  Sent to co.46 (naval acad).

If thats the one that was at the Naval Academy its since been sent to NSA Bethesda (Naval Hospital) Co. 50, last i checked it was still there.
