Mack manufactured 14 open cab CF apparatus'. 13 were engines with most serving southwestern PA and 1 aerial ladder truck. In fact, it was painted in a barn at New Lexington, before they had a paint booth. In 1994, it was sent to 4-Guys to have the front bumper extended and a trashline added along with Insta-Chains.
