SCOT C1FD Chassis - Guest - 04-14-2010 This type of cabover Scot cab had a fiberglass roof. This made it difficult to mount certain types of warning lites, so if you look at some of the rigs, you will find the "gumballs" mounted on the left and right side of the cab on a steel mount. [/quote] The former City of North York Fire Dept had 2 of these units (twins). One was scrapped and the other donated its ladder to a "NEW" rig that has scince been dx'ed...
