This type of cabover Scot cab had a fiberglass roof.

This made it difficult to mount certain types of warning lites, so if you look at some of the rigs,

you will find the "gumballs" mounted on the left and right side of the cab on a steel mount.

In all my years of shooting apparatus, I have only gotten three built on SCOT chassis. Two, Engine and Ladder 25 from Toronto, have already been posted. Here's the other one.

I photographed Debert, Nova Scotia's 2 SCOT's, but this was before I took info, so I don't have the specs. Debert was home to SCOT.

Dave Stewardson took this photo of Revelstoke, BC's 1978 King 1050/500/50 foot rig. I always found this one interesting with the small boom on the longer body.

North York, Ontario ran this 100 foot truck, no other info.

The former City of North York Fire Dept had 2 of these units (twins).

One was scrapped and the other donated its ladder to a "NEW" rig that has scince been dx'ed...

Aerial 5 & 6

Note, the officers side of the rig had a hose reel mounted behind the turntable.."Redline on rubish"

Victoria, BC had the only Nordic constructed rig that I have seen on a SCOT. Dave Stewardson took this photo of the 1978 1050/150/85 foot. I was born in Victoria, but moved to Ottawa when I was about 6 months old.
