At 0452 Engine 19 reported a pin-in accident at NE82nd Ave. and Wasco St. that brought E12, T2 and C3 to the scene. C103, the on duty Deputy Chief, also responded.

They were still not able to free the victims legs, so they had to use a small ram to get into a small space under the large ram and push the lower part of the dashboard up.
