The Box 15 Club of Columbus, OH operates two trucks. Truck 1, housed at Columbus Station 1 is a 1991 International/Sentinel with Horton refurb work, that was donated by Violet Township in 2000.
Box 15's Truck 2 is a 1992/2002 Ford/Horton, that was donated by Washington Township. Both trucks carry scene lights, generators, heaters or misters depending on weather, food, water, and tents.
Service 5. 1995 Spartan/American Fire Apparatus, ex. Wayne Twp., Indiana. Has rehab tent, a/c units and heat units, chairs and other rehab equipment. Housed at Station No. 5 in New Kensington.

Former Greater Pittston Ambulance Rehab Support Unit 1...Sadly decommishioned by the new "powers that be" to create a medic unit to compete with a hospital based medic unit already stationed in town.

This is the former Wayne Twp Rescue 2 then Reserve Rescue 887, and it's a '94 Spartan?American Fire & Rescue, and not an ALF.
Dave, I think AF&R was located in either Goshen or Elkhart, Indiana before Pierce bought them. IFD has one very similar to this one. It originally belonged to the Washington Twp Fire dept when if and IFD merged. The IFD Shop personnel redid in and for about a year or so, it was assigned to Tactical 43.
