The box is a high pressure water piercing system. All new Air Force pumpers have them.

Thats the pump system I was talking about a few treds back... Anyone know what the advantage is between that and the high pressure?

The high pressure system actually pierces metal and concrete I believe. I have seen a video on the system before, but I can't remember where.
