A large part of my collection was purchased from a GOOD man, John Floyd. I give him FULL credit on his work, although I may miss something. Thanks John. Also Scott Mattson, Warren Jenkins, Michael Schwartzberg, and Mike Sanders. Thanks Guys.

Continuing the wagon chronology from a few pages ago...

DCFD increased its inventory of Seagrave wagons by six in 2005. S-156 through S-161 went to Engines 6, 15, 11, 13, 10, and 17.

10-16-07 photo viewing south of 4th St. from S St. NW shows recent Seagraves assigned to E-6 and T-4.

Hello Kevin,

Not sure if you have not gotten to it or don't have a photo, but looking for Seagrave number for Engine 15. By looking at the other five numbers it must be 78C29 (low end) or 78C35 (high end). Also, I assume by the same process that the DC shop number must be S-158 (the missing number in your list). Not sure how, but I had E11 and E15 backwards. Thanks for the update and correction.

As always, one of the best threads ever!!!!

Many thanks, Mike. Do you have DC shop numbers for these rigs that you could share?

Folks, there were four DC jakes injured in the line of duty. 1 is critical 2 were sent home from Medstar and I have no clue as to the status of the other one. My thoughts are with all of them and their families.

How and what happened are also unknown to me.

OK a strange day here. Matt has been trying to shoot DCFD TL 3. Today was that day but it was a wierd one.

As we were heading over there and almost in front of my condo an unattended UPS truck crossed in fron tof us and hit a parked car. I had the pleasure of telling the coffe seeking UPS guy he had a problem and to look at his truck.

Then we got to E 16s and the runs were pouring in. Went to a technical rescue on L Street where I almost got into a fist fight with some dumb *** construction worker who didn't want be to take pics on a public stret which HE claimed to control. Ya sure buddy, have a DC Police Officer tell me now go away. Needless to say I spent the rest of the day inside <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
