and in Boston, if someone REQUESTS a Tier 1, 2 or 3 Haz-Mat response, there is an AUTOMATIC polling of the MetroFire Communities to determine what communities will send personnel. The AUTOMATIC response still has to have a REQUEST to set it in motion.
