Is that a new TL63 looks like a arrow xt. Also I take it chicago's new engines dont have Q's?

TL63 is a Dash chassis. I wonder how long until they replace E-10 with a new piece.

If I remember correctly from my past visits to Chi Town, all of the CFD equipment, including ambulances and chief's buggies, have the EQ2B. I'm assumming that the new apparatus still has the EQ2B, but just doesn't have the regular Q front piece on the bumper.
