Taylor I was wondering the same thing

From what I heard these wagons were originally meant to be the actual water supply wagons, which means they would not have a roto-ray to use for them. Had they been purchased to be front line wagons the Roto Ray probably would have been installed by the members off their old front line piece. They decided to use them as front line wagons since our current fleet is not doing so well. These are also not our real specs. They supposedly are single stage 2000gpm pumps, which we do not currently use and their wheelbase is longer then what is in our specs. There are a lot of speculations about these wagons. Hopefully someone with some inside knowledge will be able to clear it all up for us.
