Our tower will do that sometimes, but it has more to do with the air temperature then visibility. If the truck is out in the cold a long period of time the hydraulic fluid gets cold and contracts. When the truck backs in from a run the bucket will be level, but as the fluid heats up and expands from being inside the bay the bucket will raise. At least that's what the Peirce rep told us.
