Any truth to the rumors or talk that the tanker and brush from 439 will be relocated to 442 when it opens? I know that the tanker the county bought for 442 ended up as tanker 439 and has had a very positive-useful usage from 439. Also any idea if the station will be in Batt1 or Batt2 when it opens?

Too add to that question anyone know if the county will buy another engine for 42 like they did 41 or give them one of the 2005 Dashes to run?

[sub]Good questions. No one is saying much, staffing for this station is on hold because of the budget. It will sit empty and used for training until $$$ for manpower is found. Meantime, I will ask to get your answers.[/sub]

The station is situated just inside to lines of battalion 2 from all the maps I have seen. And just because of access they may leave the tanker at 39 and just get another brush and tanker for 42, the reason I say this is because the station has 4 bays.

Trey this is unknown right now but I do know that the county would more than likely use a reserve engine until they purchase another CAFS Engine for 42 because these are specifically for Tanker houses.
