2018 is here.......Any updates on Apparatus anyone? I heard Truck 4 is out getting refurbished while Truck 8 is having a new aerial added since theirs was damaged over a year ago.

8 Pierce and 8 Seagrave wagons. A new custom designed cab called the "DC cab". New Hazmat Support Unit and Aerialscope in production now. The new Tower 3 has an arrival date of around April 2018. I'm surprised no pictures have surfaced yet.

A friend of mine is at Pierce for several days and the 1st Pierce Arrow XT marked Engine 7 is almost complete.

We were up in Clintonville last month for a precon and saw Engine 21 which was near completion.  The word on the floor was it was going to be called the "Capitol Cab".  They didn't want any pics until it was finished.  It's gotta be close to delivery.

After a year and 4 attempts I was finally able to get Engine 17.....5th try was a charm !

This unit will be replaced by current Hazmat 1 which will become Hazmat 2 . Hazmat 1 has a Pierce Arrow XT 2 door, tandem unit almost complete . The Hazmat Support Unit has a Pierce Arrow XT 2 door non walk in unit also close to completion .
