I like this one ... As long as you have lots of open roads .. Kentworth Tractor + Heil 8000gal tank and it looks like a big pump in the rear ?

To add to your pump speculation, looks to be a separate engine driven pump you can what looks to be a radiator.

You are correct Sir. Home of one of NJ's Nuclear Generating Stations. Never had the privlege of going their but they tend to have wide open spaces down there, right off the Delaware River, lots of marsh area. Oddly enough you can view a Bing Map of the area, get a perfect birds eye view of the power plant but not of the town center.
