With the newer designed telesquirts, how much supply line are you able to carry? Is there any more room for attack lines off the back with the squirt base back there?

We carry the same amount of LDH we have always carried on SFD engines - 1500 feet,of 4" w/Storz couplings, split into two equal 750-foot beds, one on either side of the TeleSqurt turntable. We additionally carry a 400-foot length of 2" preconnected hose off the back with a Blitz nozzle for initial heavier-stream attack on commercial's etc.

There were twin Ward LaFrance/TeleSqurts purchased in 1973, #'s 80-731 & 80-732. Originally assigned to Engine 3 & 17, they served at several different SFD companies throughout their service life. Both rigs still exist - one in Andy Lieder's collection.

Fyreline, thank you for the answer and all the information you posted here and in the mini-pumper forum.  You already posted a photo of it but I am familiar w/ the Grafton Ward and knew it was x-Syracuse so thats why it peaked my original question, thanks also for posting that photo too of when in service in Grafton, VT.
