I LIKE THE CFD CHEVY TAHOES BETTER, THAT RED LOOKS WAY BETTER ON THE CHEVYS THAN THE LATEST BATCH OF FORDS. JUST MY 2 CENTS. / JIMMY LONG/FIREBOX 73/ ESSEX,MD/
I was able to get some photos of the new fast recue boat 688. I shot both sides and also an interesting sequence of diver recovery with the front diver door deployed. I was hip deep in water as I waded out to get these shots so that accounts for the drastic rise in Lake Michigan water level <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
This boat is quartered seasonally at the CPD marine safety station near navy pier, at night the manpower (3) stays in eng 13's house and responds to the boat in a spare buggy of some kind. During the day we dispatch them via radio on the Main frequency.
Nice shots Steve. You really went that extra mile for a good photo <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
