Is that Otisville 1970 Oren tanker the same Oren tanker ran by Parks/Bellemont that you have a picture of in you Arizona thread? They sure look a whole lot alike...anybody else know?

I'm not certain, but they sure look similiar. Especially that both of them are marked T145.

I think this post is for water tankers/tenders. These units carry jet fuel for the helicopters, not water.
