Annandale, NJ once ran this Mack R/4 Guys as Tnk 4671. Anyone have any info on it?

[/quote]

Joe,

Annandale rechassised this tanker onto a newer Mack RD chassis. I don't remember exactly when it occurred but I think in the early 90s. I believe the current RD may be up for sale since Annandale took delivery of a Seagrave pumper/tanker recently. If you go to Annandale's website, www.ahco1.com, they have a picture of the tanker on the Mack RD. The old chassis you have pictured was bought by the Lebanon Cheese Factory, another tank was placed on it and it is now delivering water from the cheese factory to different customers usually for swimming pool fills.

Nice pictures Rick.

What year is the Effingham truck? The headlights look like the newer style International, but the cab and tank look a lot older.

That's an International Eagle 9900I, it's a heavy duty class truck, those cabs are typically used for semis.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Matt. That sounds a little "CHEESY" though! I may have to take a trip up to NJ this spring to see the Seagrave.

In the past they will also call in the Salisbury DPW's water truck for structure fires - no spec's. Salisbury is a village is Lakeville or vice versa, I can never it right.
