What was the occasion in Denver for all the companies to be there?

Thanks in advance.

I believe it was a hospitality night at the Denver Firefighters Museum for the participants in this morning's 9/11 stairclimb.

Exactly Brian, DFD set up a hospitality night at the Denver Fire Museum. It was basically a bbq, open house and all of the District 2 (downtown) rigs were on display for the visiting firefighters and families.

Is there some special reason for the different paint scheme on DFD's Dive rig?

When DFD bought the rig they had a limited budget on upgrades and changes for the Dive Team. In the end they decided to use the available funds for more important things than a very costly re-paint.

David Lincoln was kind enough to share some older rig photos with my website and I knew some folks on here would enjoy them.
