DCFD Photos, old or new
For anybody keeping track of the DC Roster.  Former Truck 12, and then 390 made its way onto Govdeals.  It is a 1998 Seagrave 100' TDA.

Engine 8's pumper on the hydrant, NW corner of 15th and D Sts. NE.  1978

This was the first pumper I ever drove on a response, shop number S-212  - Engine 8's 1966 Ward LaFrance.  The 66's Wards came in with Hale QLD 750 GPM two-stage pumps.  The previous Wards had Waterous pumps.  The rig had a 250-gallon water tank.

Some clues in this image: low residual pressure on the plug; weather that day; pumper's previous assignment; DCFD's standardized compartment; ...maybe more.

A large part of my collection was purchased from a GOOD man, John Floyd. I give him FULL credit on his work, although I may miss something. Thanks John. Also Scott Mattson, Warren Jenkins, Michael Schwartzberg, and Mike Sanders. Thanks Guys.

And Fire Boat 3 is a Metal Craft twin outboard aluminum hull, but is back in Canada for a punch list fix.
