Mack manufactured 14 open cab CF apparatus'. 13 were engines with most serving southwestern PA and 1 aerial ladder truck. This is the delivery shot with Chief Genaur Lemon and Safety Director Anthony Giordano.

1st Assistant Chief City of New Kensington Bureau of Fire I.S.O. Class 4 Department In 1991, Engine 3 was refurbed with a new complete fire body. The refurb was done by New Lexington. It was their very first refurb. In fact, it was painted in a barn at New Lexington, before they had a paint booth. In 1994, it was sent to 4-Guys to have the front bumper extended and a trashline added along with Insta-Chains.
